Start of own production

Production of functional clothing Certification to ISO 9001

TEXPORT® participated for the first time in the most important trade show in the emergency services industry. New products and/or product lines were developed targeted to this event. The visitors showed great interest and enthusiasm in the brand-new ULTRALIGHT® Series, the HUPF AIRLOCK® clothing and the highly sensitive firefighting gloves FIRE-FOX®. Size of the booth: 70 m2, employees on-site: 7

Moving into the new production building in Skopje, Macedonia as well as the new company grounds in Salzburg, Austria (Headquarter)

TEXPORT® receives a new major order that clearly indi-cates the rising fame and trust the company is enjoying on an international level. In this year, the German Federal Ministry of the Interior places an order for 50,000 special NBC (hazmat) overalls

Buoyed by the success of Interschutz 2000, we presented the trade audience new milestones in the area of high-grade protective clothing only five years later. This included the Fire-Twin®; the TEXPORT® LADIES-Series; the TEXPORT® Fire Breaker operations suit as well as new service attire consisting of 100% NOMEX®. Even then TEXPORT® was aware of the great importance of proper care and cleaning of firefighting gear and protective clothing. This topic was presented to the public under the slogan “How do I take proper care of firefighting uniforms?”. Size of the booth: 80 m2, employees on-site: 8

Start of event series TEXPORT® Action Days in Austria as well as in Germany.

TEXPORT® raises the bar with its two patents for X-TREME® and TEXPORT® Triple Fabric®, bolstering its reputation as in-novation leader for trendsetting workwear.

The two wholly newly developed material structures X-TREME® and X-TREME Light® made their world-wide debut to the public. With that, TEXPORT® once again re-defined the limits of the possible in the area of protective performance and wear comfort. Fire departments like Rio de Janeiro or the V.A.E. soon switched their gear over to the new TEXPORT® products. Size of the booth: 105 m2, employees on-site: 10.

By this time, the brand’s unique reputation had spread beyond the borders of Europe. We were able to secure prestigious contracts in the calls for tenders from the fire departments in Rio de Janeiro and Brasilia. In Europe, we gained new customers in the fire departments of Madrid and Rotterdam.

The professional fire department in Berlin issued one of the largest calls for tenders in fire-fighting uniforms with a total volume of 5,515 suits. The order demanded very extensive processing but extremely good protection and comfort values.

Relaunch of the brand under the motto “Mission TEXPORT 2014”.

A new milestone:

TEXPORT® completes the construction of its new production facility in Vinica, Macedonia

This trade show appearance needed two years of detailed planning. But TEXPORT® successfully set new standards for brand identity. We ran out own sales booth for the first timee and the visitors were completely thrilled. The TEXPORT® Fire Explorer product group was recognised with the DUPONT™ NOMEX® GARMENT INNOVATION AWARD and this underscored the trailblazing role of this company from Salzburg. Size of the booth: 300 m2, employees on-site: 25 m
