Since its founding in 1992, TEXPORT has stood for the highest quality standards, customized solutions, and maximum protection—but above all for one thing: true innovation. From the very beginning, company founder Otmar Schneider pursued an ambitious goal: nothing less than achieving market leadership in the field of high-tech protective clothing.
A bold ambition—one that can only be realized by pursuing visions with passion, setting uncompromising standards, and continuously refining premium products. This very commitment continues to drive TEXPORT to this day.
Just in time for INTERSCHUTZ 2026, the company is now preparing to unveil its next major innovation—an advancement that will be presented to the public for the first time at the world’s leading trade fair for fire and rescue services and civil protection, taking place from June 1 to 6 in Hanover.

What exactly this new development entails remains a closely guarded secret until the trade fair, where it will be officially revealed.
“Our latest development brings together all of our expertise, our passion for innovation, over 30 years of experience, and our deep understanding of the growing demands of our customers around the world,” says Nicole Heinemann, who has been part of the management team of the globally operating Austrian family business since 2021.
What is certain, however, is that a next-generation solution is ready to launch—engineered for uncompromising high performance under extreme conditions. This new innovation will seamlessly join a long line of successful, field-tested, and proven proprietary developments from TEXPORT.
In recent years, the company has repeatedly set new benchmarks with pioneering technologies. These include the durable outer fabric IB-TEX®, the innovative X-TREME® material construction—renowned for its “extreme” protection against heat and flames combined with exceptional comfort—and the TEXPORT TRIPLE FABRIC® textile reflective strip, all of which have revolutionized the market.
Across all these developments, one principle remains central—alongside meeting the highest customer requirements: the perfect combination of quality, performance, and protection at the highest level. The company’s success speaks for itself—around 1,130 fire departments and organizations in 59 countries worldwide already rely on TEXPORT.
At TEXPORT, innovation doesn’t stop at the design stage—production is also entirely handled in-house. Each year, approximately 345,000 high-quality protective garments are manufactured exclusively at four company-owned production sites in Europe.
This is a deliberate decision, as the exceptional quality TEXPORT stands for would be difficult to achieve if production were outsourced, given the complexity of manufacturing and processing.
At the same time, this approach enables maximum flexibility. It allows TEXPORT to deliver solutions ranging from small batch sizes to large-scale orders, precisely tailored to individual customer requirements or country-specific regulations. The product portfolio spans from lightweight, single-layer suits for wildland firefighting to highly complex and extremely durable equipment in PPE Category 3.
Only a few weeks remain until TEXPORT unveils its latest innovations. Anyone familiar with the company’s advanced product solutions knows: it will be well worth the wait.
TEXPORT is built on a three-pillar strategy—PRODUCT, TECHNOLOGY, and SERVICE—and warmly invites visitors to be there live when its latest innovations are presented to the public for the first time.
From June 1 to 6, 2026, TEXPORT will be exhibiting at INTERSCHUTZ 2026 in Hanover, Hall 15, Booth H21. As in previous years, visitors will have the opportunity to explore the latest products firsthand—touch them, try them out, and experience them up close in the truest sense of the word.
